WatchWorking at Abattoir has lead me down a road of eye-opening meat appreciation. Our pigs come in whole from the local Riverview Farms and we break the animal down and honor it by using every last piece available. I couldn’t be prouder to work at a place where local, conscience eating is just what we do.
